Oui, vous recevrez un email contenant vos informations de suivi une fois que votre commande sera expédiée. Si vous n'avez pas reçu d'informations de suivi dans les 5 jours, s'il vous plait contactez nous.

Pour certaines sociétés de livraison, cela prend de 2 à 5 jours ouvrés pour que les informations de suivi s'actualisent dans le système. Si votre commande a été passée il y a plus de 5 jours ouvrés et qu'il n'y a toujours pas d'information sur votre numéro de suivi, s'il vous plait contactez-nous.
Mes articles seront-ils envoyés en un seul colis?
Pour des raisons logistiques, des articles d'une même commande peuvent être envoyés dans des colis séparés, même si vous avez spécifié l'expédition combinée.

Annulation de commande
Toutes les commandes peuvent être annulées jusqu'à ce qu'elles soient expédiées. Si votre commande a été payée et que vous avez besoin de la modifier ou de l'annuler, vous devez nous contacter dans les 12 heures maximum. Une fois que processus d'emballage et d'expédition a commencé, la commande ne peut plus être annulée.
Remboursements

- Si vous ne voulez pas le produit que vous avec reçu, vous pouvez demander un remboursement, mais vous devez renvoyer l'article à votre frais et l'article doit être inutilisé.
Nous faisons not remettre un remboursement si:
- Votre commande n'est pas arrivée dû à des circonstances en notre contrôle (i.e. une mauvaise adresse de livraison fournie)

I found this while looking for something for running and it's very convenient with decent sound quality. It's affordable and holds well, making it suitable for running. With bone conduction, there is background noise and the headset feels loose, but this one holds tightly which is nice.

Excellent product. Very good volume, I tested it yesterday and liked it a lot, besides offering a very good fit in the ear eliminating most of the external noise. In Brazil, it took a long time to arrive, considering that the current company left the product stuck for several days in Valinhos and then Curitiba.

The audio fidelity is not great. If you are an audiophile wanting to hear music, i would not recommend headset. Other than that, it works well. For phone calls the audio, both for speaking and hearing is good, and when i take it out of the box it connects fine with my motorola g60 (which was not the case for my previous headset, a lenovo xt80). In short, it works well.
Hello, just to let you know that these Bluetooth devices work wonderfully. But don't forget to remove the little paper for protection because you'll have trouble doing your pairing. I love these devices. Thank you.

Good product, this is the second time I buy it and I hope it lasts as long as the previous one and even longer.
Good value for money. Sound quality is ok, not super base. Good for podcasts and audiobooks. Super comfortable. The speakers are on extra long ear stalks that give a really, deep, and good fit. Signal quality and connection are excellent.
The big phone in the photo looks small but it's big, it comes with a charged battery, I used it for more than 4 hours and it still has 60% battery, the sound is good, it doesn't fall off the ear. I just didn't like the size, it says it's Xiaomi but it comes without any brand.

At first, I was thinking about where to order these headphones and decided to order them here because the price is lower. They work reasonably well. I also found headphones called "CGPods Sport" but didn't order them because the price is higher and the specifications are probably the same; maybe it's a knock-off or pure branding; I don't think there are any differences.
