Oui, vous recevrez un email contenant vos informations de suivi une fois que votre commande sera expédiée. Si vous n'avez pas reçu d'informations de suivi dans les 5 jours, s'il vous plait contactez nous.

Pour certaines sociétés de livraison, cela prend de 2 à 5 jours ouvrés pour que les informations de suivi s'actualisent dans le système. Si votre commande a été passée il y a plus de 5 jours ouvrés et qu'il n'y a toujours pas d'information sur votre numéro de suivi, s'il vous plait contactez-nous.
Mes articles seront-ils envoyés en un seul colis?
Pour des raisons logistiques, des articles d'une même commande peuvent être envoyés dans des colis séparés, même si vous avez spécifié l'expédition combinée.

Annulation de commande
Toutes les commandes peuvent être annulées jusqu'à ce qu'elles soient expédiées. Si votre commande a été payée et que vous avez besoin de la modifier ou de l'annuler, vous devez nous contacter dans les 12 heures maximum. Une fois que processus d'emballage et d'expédition a commencé, la commande ne peut plus être annulée.
Remboursements

Nous faisons not remettre un remboursement si:

The screen quality is good. The lighting is good. Good error detection The price is excellent $7. + A book that explains everything about the device with pictures, very wonderful. Live streaming of the engine (I didn't know it wasn't visible in European cars due to CAN encryption in those cars). Review coming soon after trying it again with full accuracy.
Perfect for erasing mistakes, just that, but considering the cost, it seems like a good product to me.

At first, I thought it wasn't working properly when trying it on a vehicle from 1999 but I made a mistake with more modern vehicles. If it works, you have the possibility of reading and deleting errors.

Very small
It is very light and seems not to have good resistance, but it works perfectly. I tested it on my 2011 VW Fox that had the injection light on; the device detected a fault in the knock sensor. Upon inspection, the sensor had a damaged cable; I replaced it and the light went out. Great.
Worked great for my 2023 cx5. Connected and can read/clear codes.
