This is a lot of radio in a small package. Reception on air band seems to be better than my tidradio using the same antenna. I connected it to a long wire antenna outside and got a lot of sw and ham stations. The only negative i have is i haven't been able to get vfo sorted. I can get close but i cannot get a clear voice on usb or lsb.

No broadcast in AM mode An improvement is eagerly awaited, as it is difficult to program it with the CPS software, for example... – unable to write in the "radio" section - unable to rename the zones - selection of multiple channels impossible therefore very long programming - no import or export in "csv" Waiting for a new version of the CPS to make other RADTEL purchases

Delivered very quickly. Unfortunately, the device came with the wrong charger, an US plug instead of an EU one. However, the seller responded very quickly and delivered a suitable power supply within a few days. Great service! The device itself is exceptionally good. It covers almost all frequency ranges in super mode and can mostly transmit there as well. The CB band around 27 MHz is also covered for some interests, but TX is only in FM (actually only relevant for DX). RX in all modulation types, such as FM, AM, and SSB. The reception sensitivity of the device is very high, with the transmission power ranging between 2 and 20 watts depending on the frequency. At 27 MHz at least with >5 W, however measured with some high frequencies. The modulation is very good. In combination with a suitable antenna, the device delivers top performance. Those who can do without GPS and cross-band while on the go are exactly right here. A candy is the Bluetooth capability.

Excellent transaction. It's a really cool radio for the sale price. The software could use some improving. The way the memory channels for hf are programmed is strange. It sets mode, for example lsb for all channels rather than setting the mode you want for each individual channel. You can change the mode in the radio but then all the hf channels will be in that mode. There also are not enough memory channels in hf. The "zones" for the other bands can't be named. These are things that could probably be improved upon with firmware and cps updates.

Device itself is good. Display unfortunately not centered but slightly shifted to the right. Bluetooth app similar to Odmaster, but sometimes in Chinese or completely Chinese. Not 100% compatible with the settings. Manual faulty. Repeater burst tone should be ptt+pf2. But it is pf3. Currently not compatible with Chirp. Cps programming cannot import csv, so you have to type in 100 channels manually.

Initially faulty, but Radtel responded immediately and provided a new firmware and CPS update - thumbs up. 👍 exemplary! Now everything is working. The RT-920 is a multi-talent: 2m/70cm/CB and a top SSB receiver built-in. You have to engage with the device, then it becomes really fun. There are 2 protective films on the display - I have removed both because the display seems very stable. Size and display are very readable even in sunlight. There is nothing to complain about in terms of workmanship; buttons, controls, and sockets give a valuable impression. Once again, a big thumbs up to the Radtel support team...
