Oui, vous recevrez un email contenant vos informations de suivi une fois que votre commande sera expédiée. Si vous n'avez pas reçu d'informations de suivi dans les 5 jours, s'il vous plait contactez nous.

Pour certaines sociétés de livraison, cela prend de 2 à 5 jours ouvrés pour que les informations de suivi s'actualisent dans le système. Si votre commande a été passée il y a plus de 5 jours ouvrés et qu'il n'y a toujours pas d'information sur votre numéro de suivi, s'il vous plait contactez-nous.
Mes articles seront-ils envoyés en un seul colis?
Pour des raisons logistiques, des articles d'une même commande peuvent être envoyés dans des colis séparés, même si vous avez spécifié l'expédition combinée.

Annulation de commande
Toutes les commandes peuvent être annulées jusqu'à ce qu'elles soient expédiées. Si votre commande a été payée et que vous avez besoin de la modifier ou de l'annuler, vous devez nous contacter dans les 12 heures maximum. Une fois que processus d'emballage et d'expédition a commencé, la commande ne peut plus être annulée.
Remboursements
Votre satisfaction est notre priorité n°1. Par conséquent, vous pouvez demander un remboursement ou une nouvelle expédition pour les produits commandés si:
- Si vous avez not recevez le produit dans le délais garanti (45 jours non incluant 2 à 5 jours de délais de traitement) vous pouvez demander un remboursement ou une nouvelle expédition.
- Si vous avez reçu le mauvais article, vous pouvez demander un remboursement ou une nouvelle expédition.
- Si vous ne voulez pas le produit que vous avec reçu, vous pouvez demander un remboursement, mais vous devez renvoyer l'article à votre frais et l'article doit être inutilisé.
Nous faisons not remettre un remboursement si:
- Votre commande n'est pas arrivée dû à des circonstances en notre contrôle (i.e. une mauvaise adresse de livraison fournie)

I'm super happy, it's been more than a month since I bought it and it's exactly what I was looking for. I'm a vehicle salesperson and it's a super professional machine that works for all models, and you can make adaptations, regenerate particle filters, etc.

Bought during holiday sale for outstanding price from "autel official store", pleased with quick delivery. Received package w/ box dinged a bit by shipping company but both case and scanner came flawless. Scanner is a beast, bought for our cars and there are just so many capabilities this can do that i won't be tackling because i'm a basic maintenance diy'er. Checked our other car of a different brand and just about the same pro-user stuff i won't be touching. It's great to have in case a friend with more car knowledge can help on the more complicated stuff. The only cons i have w/ the scanner is about the unknown. About what i've read thru comments about loss of some functionality when the free subscription expires. Idk, it's just a wait and see thing because even tech support told me whatever functions i've used that'll show up with the vip mark, will require a subscription. Other than that, i'll recoup cost soon anyways, enjoy use while i can and just see what happens next year.

It's okay for the price, you can't ask for more. I've tried several functions, active tests, and special functions, and it works quite well. Training is necessary because you can override some car functions if by mistake you delete something without knowing.
Honestly, I'm very happy with the kit. I bought it for an Audi I have for the air suspension issue, and it works great.
