Mes articles seront-ils envoyés en un seul colis?
Pour des raisons logistiques, des articles d'une même commande peuvent être envoyés dans des colis séparés, même si vous avez spécifié l'expédition combinée.

Annulation de commande
Toutes les commandes peuvent être annulées jusqu'à ce qu'elles soient expédiées. Si votre commande a été payée et que vous avez besoin de la modifier ou de l'annuler, vous devez nous contacter dans les 12 heures maximum. Une fois que processus d'emballage et d'expédition a commencé, la commande ne peut plus être annulée.
Remboursements

Works fine, but it is very hard to get it to work. You need to be highly trained in diagnostics to get it to work. Works on my volkswagen t4 from 1996. You cant get anything better for this price.

The FR version on the CD did not work but the EN version did. The seller was very responsive and sent me a link to download the FR file. Everything works well! I installed it on a laptop without internet under Windows 7 that I dedicate to diagnostics. I recommend this seller.

English version 25.3.0, Russian version 22.3.1 - complains that it is outdated. Checked on the table, no cars under the side yet.
The cable arrived quickly and with a mini CD in good condition. On the disk, there are instructions for a proper installation of the software (to make it work, you must follow the instructions carefully). I have installed it on a PC with Windows 10 64bit (clean) and it works well. It is in English and everything works correctly. I have been able to test it on 3 VAG cars with very good results, so I am very happy with the product.
